My reading time is pretty much nonexistent with two toddlers, but recently, I’ve been itching to lean back into hobbies that don’t involve a phone or computer. I absolutely love what I do, so finding inspiration everywhere online is really fun. However, I don’t think it’s always good for my creativity. Enter reading paper books. No Kindle, no iPad, no tech.
I asked on IG for you to share your favorite books that made you feel something and these were the most mentioned!

Only a few chapters in but I really like the way it’s written from the perspective of both main characters. I’ll report my final thoughts on IG once I wrap it up.
Top 5:
+ The Things We Leave Unfinished
+ The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo

Dark Rec:
This book is a true story of murder, family secrets, and the unbreakable bond of sisterhood. It also came with triggers warnings from several people who recommended it. I purchased it but haven’t started, apparently it describes pretty horrific interfamilial abuse/torture. In the same breath it is also described as incredibly interesting so maybe I can dive into it on days my PMDD isn’t peaking *lol*
