This perfect little white ruffled top & cotton shorts set comes from my favorite Bali babe, LJC Designs. Technically, it made its debut in my latest post featuring Kate Davis Jewelry, but I felt it deserved its own story. I have been over the moon about sets recently & this one is no exception. Standing in at a cool 4’11” I am prone to facing struggles with the fit of most dresses, jumpsuits, & rompers. Thankfully, my mom taught me how to sew at an early age so I have the advantage of being able to tailor my own clothing. Maybe her maternal instinct recognized that skill would be beneficial to me later in life. Regardless, she has single-handedly saved me thousands of dollars, so thanks, ma! But let’s be honest, who the hell wants to drag out the sewing machine every time they buy a new outfit? Not me. This is obviously where sets come in clutch.

Whether you’re short, tall, petite, curvy, etc., sets have the tendency to adapt to your own figure, which makes them extremely flattering.
