It’s common knowledge that I’m obsessed with the Florida Keys for a variety of reasons, including primarily, the abundance of wildlife. I am a huge lover of critters in general, but the Keys are home to manatees, alligators, iguanas, & pelicans to name a few; which just so happen to be some of my favorites. I recently made a trip down to Robbie’s in Islamorada to get a little critter fix. Robbie’s is a really cool spot to stop in if you’re ever in the Keys and want to grab some lunch, a snow cone, island souvenir, or to even try your hand at feeding massive tarpon off their pier among the hoard of pelicans. While I was there, one pelican in particular completely stole my heart & then he tried to steal the show.

Even though my new pelican friend was irresistibly adorable, my Eustacia Peasant Top from Island Company was the real star. This is by far one of my favorite off-the-shoulder tops I have ever owned. The elastic around the shoulders is stretchy enough not to feel constricting, but sturdy enough to keep the top in place. Another great feature is the elasticated long sleeves so you can roll them up to be short [the way I have it styled in my photos] or you can leave them longer for a 3/4 length look.
Definitely check out Island Company‘s linen tops if you’re looking to add some new lightweight pieces to your spring/summer wardrobe. As always, sending lots of tropical vibes your way.
