18 Items To Help You Get Locked In

If you’re looking for practical and realistic changes you can try to get locked in on your fitness, health, financial, or wellness goals then this list is for you. I strongly believe in the power of atomic habits so while it may just be a pair of shorts or a bottle of glass cleaner, small positive changes can lead to big results.

+ Davines Love Hair Mask – A longtime favorite since my hairstylist days.

+ 2025 Planner – The way I depend on this exact planner to keep me on track is wild.

+ Natural Plant-Based Glass Cleaner – Easy way to *glow up* your home is making the switch to natural cleaning products! I’ve tried so many brands and hated most of them, but Koala Eco is the GOAT.

+ Cooper Tongue Cleaner – Oral health is so important and a tongue scraper is a gross but an affordable way to level up your routine. Just do it.

+ Non-toxic Pan – A non-toxic switch I’m slowly making! I’m not throwing out all my cookware rather just replacing items one at a time with Caraway products. I started with a competitor’s pan but was super bummed when it started to fall apart on me. Enter Caraway and she’s worth every penny *IMO*

+ High-Speed Blender – Sometimes just making a good habit easier is the key. Have a shitty blender that gets stuck on frozen fruit or ice? Invest in a stronger one & you’ll get excited to make that smoothie.

+ Self Care Practices for Healing (Inner Workout) – Maybe you want to get locked in from the inside out. I’ve been through 2 major healing phases in my life (so far) and I know first hand, that nothing helps you build better habits and lock into your goals on the outside more than when you have peace on the inside.

+ Reflective Running Shorts – My latest obsession. I know you’ve heard it before but fresh athletic wear is such a great motivator. These shorts are also some of the most affordable from FP coming in at $30!

+ Solawave 4-1 Skincare Wand – One of my daily skincare tools. A great alternative to the $400-800 red light masks that are super popular. I know I’ll cave one day but until then, this little wand is great.

+ Wellbel (hair, skin, nails) – I started using this a few months ago & have definitely noticed the hair near my scalp starting to feel fuller. I purchased it after an unfortunate salon visit that left me with severely broken hair & while it’s not miracle pill, I’d have to say that I think it’s help speed up my regrowth time.

+ Bala Bangles – These are soo nice if you want to spice up your walks or workouts. You may not think a few extra pounds on each ankle or wrist would do much but umm… try blow drying your hair with these things on your wrists. 🔥🥵🌶️

+ Mindful Affirmations Card Deck – I can be awful when it comes to self-talk. Think chihuahua sized drill sergeant. However, I’ve seen the impact that believing in yourself can have. Be kind to the CEO of your life & speak powerful things to yourself during your morning/night routine.

+ Lymphatic Drainage Body Tool – CLUTCH for my life. I use this tool after my shower/bath almost every night & it’s such a game changer when it comes to water weight retention & circulation. I also take the travel size with me whenever I leave town.

+ Finance Planner – Pen and paper make everything more real. If you want to lock in and buckle down on saving this year. Make yourself put those numbers on paper because Apple pay, Amazon and digital wallets have made money feel fake to me. This practice also forces you to analyze your spending and will pretty quickly show you where you might need to cut back. Cough *Postmates* cough.

+ Hatch Alarm Clock – Deep sleep has been proven to have soo many health benefits but if you struggle with achieving that, “Damn, what happened?” sleep, get the Hatch. It has a white noise library, sunrise “alarm” light and sleek design which made it my most gifted item this past year.

+ SOULA Liposomal Colostrum Powder – A new addition to my wellness routine! I’ve been really intrigued with colostrum powders but it wasn’t until my friend Chelsea launched her own called SOULA. Definitely read up on colostrum yourself but it’s said to support a healthy immune system, improve gut health, and increase daily vitality.

+ Ice Roller – Simple yet effective. Wake up puffy? Ice your face.

+ Daily Wellness Journal – Broken record here but nothing makes me more accountable than writing things out on paper. When you start a new routine it can feel like you’re “doing everything you can” but you can gain a lot of perspective when you see it laid out in front of you. Maybe you haven’t been as consistent as you thought or maybe your crushing your goals which will give you such a huge encouraging boost!

Get out there and get LOCKED in, my girl! I believe in you.
